REFUND POLICY

THE FOLLOWING COVERS REFUNDS AND RETURNS.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you have the right to let us know that you wish to return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have told us that you wish to make a return, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received. As many of our products are collectibles where the condition of both the item and its packaging forms part of its value, please take care when handling anything you may wish to return.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Where applicable, this includes the original standard delivery charge. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing an upgraded delivery service are not refundable.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take great care when packing every order, but if your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@whatthefunko.uk.

Please include your order details and photographs showing the issue and the packaging where possible. This helps us understand what has happened and resolve things as quickly as possible.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a refund, replacement or other remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Mystery Items

Part of the fun of a mystery item is that its identity is unknown until it is revealed. However, purchasing a mystery item does not affect any cancellation or other statutory rights you may have when buying online.

If you choose to return a mystery item under your cancellation rights, it must be returned to us in accordance with the conditions above.

How to Request a Return

To arrange a return, please contact us at info@whatthefunko.uk with your name and order number.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
